Professor Alex Turyatemba Bashasha is a Ugandan political, leadership and legal expert with 20 years’ experience in the military/security service and over 18 years’ experience in leadership and the legal profession in Uganda and Kenya. Professor Bashasha holds 4 degrees including a Bachelors of laws (LLB) masters of laws (LLM), general masters of arts (M.A) in Human Rights and Development, and a PhD in Political Studies with specialization in Constitutionalism, Democratization and Good Governance from Nelson Mandela University, South Africa. Professor Bashasha also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice from Law development Centre, Kampala and 2 Post-Doctoral Certificates in Executive Leadership and High Impact Leadership from the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge in the UK, respectively.
